Brockley Max Festival

Brockley Max Festival is an annual nine-day community arts festival celebrating local talent. It takes place across Brockley, Ladywell, Crofton Park and Honor Oak. 

We have taken part in the festival since 2017, as part of the Art in the Park family fun day and by hosting our own events.

In 2024, we hosted a Make to Donate event where we held free sewing workshops making and collecting useful items to donate to local charities supporting people seeking sanctuary in Lewisham.

In past years, we’ve also hosted free mending and upcycling workshops, worked with our neighbours to make bunting for Crofton Park Community Library and joined The Big Stitch creative day at The Talbot.
